1. After cleansing and following your skincare routine, use the Face Roller at the end, after applying your serum or moisturizer. 
2. Start at the base of your neck and roll the tool in an upward motion. 
3. Move up to your face and work outwards; from an imaginary center line which is your nose, towards your ears where the lymph drains from your face. (Note: We have provided a guideline on how to use it per facial area.) 
4. Repeat each stroke at least 3 to 4 times. 

Gua Sha Stone (Face Use) 

1. After cleansing and following your skincare routine, use the Gua Sha Stone at the end, after applying your serum or moisturizer. 
2. Gently press and scrape in an upward motion. Start at the base of your neck and work your way up to your jawline. 
3. For your jawline and cheeks, scrape upwards and glide towards your ears. You can press under the eyes and across the eyebrows, gliding towards your temple. 
4. Finish up with more upward scrapes on the forehead up to the hairline. (Note: We have provided guidelines on what edges and sides of the gua sha stone to use and how to use it per facial area or body part.) 
5. Repeat each stroke at least 3 to 4 times. You may give a little more pressure to the acupressure points of your face or body. Bleame Babe
